Pipette Services

All AccuPet Pro pipettes are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of three years from the date of purchase. All calibration and services are performed in a highly controlled environment laboratory with the use of 5 & 7-place Mettler balance-to-computer linked systems specifically chosen to meet or exceed the existing manufacturer’s tolerance and requirements for proper pipette calibration. For all services, a computer generated calibration report is included with performance data on each pipette, pass/fail status, calibration specification and environmental data. All our procedures and certifications fulfill GLP/GMP, ISO, NCCLS, CAP, CLIA and FDA guidelines and requirements.

 

Routine PM, cleaning and recalibration services are provided. This service is designed to meet most users’ requirements and provides a complete and thorough overhaul of each pipette. Each instrument is disassembled, cleaned and refinished to “like-new” condition. All parts are carefully inspected, pistons are polished and on most pipettes, the piston seal and o-ring are replaced. A computer- controlled calibration with a total of 20 test data points are taken for each instrument to derive mean, precision and CV.
